Our Client

Our client is a very premium French textile manufacturer, weaving luxury fabrics and laces for the most prestigious Fashion brands around the world. Their NYC office is in charge of the US market.

Objective

Selling imported luxury fabrics and laces to the top fashion houses and designers in New York and along the East Coast.

Job Description

  • Primary developing new business with new clients
  • Developing business with existing clients
  • Selling, advising and assisting clients with special requests
  • Processing the orders and do the follow-up for the delivery and payment.
  • Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships with customers
  • Resolving customer complaints regarding sales and service
  • Conferring or proposing to Company actions to develop the sales according to customer specifications.
  • Team player — Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.

Requirements

  • Textile and Fashion knowledge are requested – at least 5 years in luxury fashion or textile.
  • Skills : proactive, fast learning, focus on details, very organized
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel in particular)
  • French is not a requirement but basic French could be a plus
  • Team player — Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
