Job Description

Objective

The Regional Education Executive / Trainer has the responsibility to train the retail staff on products and sales techniques, in order to maximize sales on the POS.

Ideal Profile

We are looking for a pro-active and dynamic Regional Education Executive / Trainer with previous retail sales and training experience in luxury goods (beauty, watches & jewelry, Leather Goods..). Great public speaking skills needed! The position requires very extensive international travelling: up to 75%. A previous experience with companies like L’Oréal, Estée Lauder, Shiseido or LVMH would be great!

Job Description

  • Train all sales support on brand categories (novelties, sales techniques, merchandising, basic course, grooming, etc. )
  • Coach on product, sales and also merchandising
  • Ensure good representation of the Brand at the POS and also with the retail sales representative image
  • Motivate the team to reach animation target
  • Helps team to reach sales target
  • Consolidate evaluation & coaching plans per POS per Retail Sales Representative
  • Keep the field up to date with the latest information

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree and licensed aestheticians preferred
  • 2-3 previous Retail sales experience required if not directly Training or Education.
  • People & service oriented -friendly, patient, dedicated, respectful with strong sales skills
  • Adaptability & open-mindedness -able to adapt to different teams and environments
  • Responsible, independent and dependable
  • Rigorous and details oriented
  • Analytical skills and at ease with figures, reports and Excel
  • Enthusiastic and willingness to travel (75% field visits, 25% corporate office)
  • Team leader as well as team player
  • Ability to cope with multi-tasking
  • Great communication skills
