Our Client

Our client for this Marketing Manager role is a very famous Luxury Goods company with an office in Miami in charge of the Americas.

Objective

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the P&L of an entire brand for the Americas Travel Retail market as far as all product launches, promotional activities and other marketing related objectives. There will be a specific focus on the fast growing Asian consumer population and the growing digital initiatives in the Americas Luxury Travel Retail.

Ideal Profile

Our client is looking for a

  • true marketer coming from a strong marketing driven company,
  • able to manage a small team,
  • with a good understanding of digital trends around retail,
  • a good understanding of beauty and luxury goods distribution,
  • and good knowledge of the asian consumer trends and habits

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree minimum (MBA a plus)
  • 3 to 5 years experience in the luxury or consumer goods industries, latin american local markets or travel retail (Perfumes, fragrances, watches, timepieces, jewelry, fashion, apparel, food & beverage, wine & spirits, consumer electronics, etc…)
  • Excellent with MS Office, Excel in particular
  • Familiar with multicultural and international environment
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Perfect presentation and communication skills
  • Appreciated previous experience: Bulgari, Cartier, Christian Dior, Clarins, Clinique, Cosmetics of France, Coty, Elizabeth Arden, Essence Corp, Estee Lauder, Givenchy, Guerlain, Kenzo, Kiehl’s, L’Oreal, LVMH, MAC Cosmetics, Occitane, P&G, Parbel, Procter & Gamble, Roger & Gallet, YSL Beaute, Unilever, Nestle, Kraft Foods, Mondelez, Diageo, Pernod Ricard, Bacardi, Newell Rubbermaid, etc…
  • Appreciated previous titles: Product Manager, Marketing Manager, Group Product Manager, Brand Manager
