Job Description

Objective

The Regional Director Americas will be in charge of maintaining and developing the distribution of that beauty brand across Latin America, The Caribbean and the Americas Travel Retail market.

Ideal Profile

We are looking for an Area Director or a Senior Area Manager with experience in the Americas region and the beauty category. We also need someone trilingual English, Spanish and French.

Job Description

  • Control and protect the selective distribution of the brand in the region
  • Evaluate new clients prospectus, negotiate commercial terms and approve new openings
  • Define Price strategies
  • Follow up on Sell In and Sell Outs
  • Prepare the Budgets/P&L per account with the finance team in HQ
  • Approve and follow up the Marketing plan and PR initiatives in the zone.
  • Ensure listing of Novelties and optimized assortments
  • Negotiate locations and spaces in new or renovated POS
  • Approve merchandising designs and investments
  • Recruit and manage sales teams of direct accounts
  • Lead sales meetings, regional seminars, press trips
  • Submit budgets and accomplishments of the zone to General Management once a year in HQ.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree minimum (MBA a plus)
  • 10 years of experience in international distribution, including 5 years for beauty (Perfumes, cosmetics, skincare etc…)
  • Trilingual English, Spanish and French
  • Excellent with MS Office, Excel in particular
  • VERY open to Travel internationally (40%) and work extended hours
  • Familiar with multicultural and international environment
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Perfect presentation and communication skills
