Main Responsibilities are:

  • Manage and support retail sales and operations of the boutique
  • Develop and nurture relationships with high-end clientele; build and develop client base
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Provide leadership to sales associates with training, product knowledge, customer relations and sales, coaching and counseling
  • Evaluate on the job performance; manage and supervise sales staff
  • Make recommendations about inventory and merchandise needs
  • Meet/exceed objectives
  • Promote the brand, the name, the products


  • GIA graduate gemologist a Must
  • Extensive sales experience in the high end jewelry business
  • Experience in managing and supervising a sales team
  • Proven ability in generating sales
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • PC literacy
  • Appreciated previous titles:¬†Sales Associate, Retail Sales, Sales Manager, Store Manager, Boutique Manager, Retail Supervisor
