Our Client

Our client for this position is a very well known luxury goods/cosmetics company with an office in Miami for Latin America and the Travel Retail markets.

Objective

Provide support to the Sales Managers, not only administratively, but also on some complete projects, smaller clients and a lot of coordination.

Ideal Profile

The ideal profile for this role is a junior candidate with no specific previous experience, but very interested in making a corporate career in sales with a Fortune 500 CPG company. Requires good professional maturity, excellent organizational skills and entrepreneurial mindset. The position can grow into a Brand Manager or Area Sales Manager role.

Job Description

Animations

  • Follow up on retail animations with clients and internal teams
  • Analysis of promotions results, from a stock point of view

Looking for opportunities

  • Specific Role on 2 smaller brands of the department, in coordination with Marketing
  • Exploring opportunities, building proposals and follow up on implementations

Management of Small customers

  • Specific follow up on specific customers
  • Follow up on sellin/ sellout/ Merchandising/ stock analysis etc…

Specific Role New Brands

  • Building assortment and suggested orders
  • First screening of the orders after stock analysis
  • Measuring efficiency of the retail animations together with the intern

Area Sales Manager support

  • Role of follow up when ASM is travelling
  • Role of intermediary with Marketing/ Merchandising/ Training on secondary tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or International Business required
  • 0 to 2 years of previous professional experience in consumer goods or luxury goods company preferred (Fragrances, perfumes, fashion, apparel, Watches, writing instruments…)
  • Fluent in English AND Spanish
  • Very good presentation and communication skills
  • Very detail oriented and organized
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Very proficient in MS Office (in particular MS Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Up-to-date US work authorization (H1B, Green Card or citizenship)
  • Appreciated previous experience: Cartier, Dior, Clarins, Clinique, Cosmetics of France, Coty, Elizabeth Arden, Essence Corp, Estee Lauder, Givenchy, Guerlain, Kenzo, Kiehl’s, L’Oreal, LVMH, MAC Cosmetics, P&G, Parbel, Procter & Gamble, Roger & Gallet, YSL Beaute
  • Appreciated previous titles: Sales Assistant, Commercial Assistant, Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator
