Job Description


ACCUR Recruiting Services is a leading recruitment firm specialized in゠Luxury Goods and Consumer goods industries for their export, travel retail and duty free business (Cosmetics, Fragrances, Watch & Jewelry, Wine & Spirits, Food & Beverage, Tobacco, Fashion…). This position is not for a client of ours but for ACCUR Recruiting Services itself.


The objective of this Corporate Recruiter゠position is: first to develop his/her portfolio of accounts, by maintaining and growing existing ones, while openings new others;゠then to supervise and organize the recruitment process needed to serve those accounts.

Ideal Profile

The ideal profile is an experienced Recruitment Consultant with proven track records of B2B゠business development and recruitment/head hunting. We also need someone who at least speaks English and Spanish fluently.

Job Description

Scope of business: South Florida,゠Caribbean,゠Latin America Business Development
  • Manage existing accounts on assigned scope of business
  • Develop existing accounts to get more recruitment orders
  • Open new business on assigned scope of business
  • Maintain relationship with decision makers by visiting, calling, emailing them on a regular basis
  • Attend relevant networking events and trade shows
  • Set goals and recruitment strategy
  • Post recruitment ads on job boards and ゠social networks (,, etc…)
  • Search proactively for passive candidates on or directly cold calling companies
  • Review, sort and select resumes
  • Screening and interview candidates (phone, video conferences, face to face)
  • Write interview reports
  • Submit candidates to clients
  • Coordinate interview between candidates and clients
  • Help negotiate offers from clients to candidates


  • Bachelor degree required
  • 3 to 5 years previous experience with recruitment firms or executive search firms
  • International work experience, ideally in Latin America
  • Experience in working with Fortune 500 consumer goods accounts
  • Fluent in English & Spanish (French or Portuguese would a plus)
  • Strong sales and networking abilities
