Our Client
Our client just acquired 2 large supermarkets in Union, NJ and needs to build its own executive team.
Objective
The Executive Vice President of Operations will run the day to day operations of the 2 supermarkets. He/She will be in charge of the P&L and will supervise directly the store managers. Regular presence on the floor of the store will be expected.
Ideal Profile
We are looking for a high level senior executive with 20+ years of experience in supermarkets.

Requirements
- 20+ years of experience running large supermarkets.
- Strong previous P&L management experience
- Appreciated previous experience: Stop & Shop, Fairway, Foodtown, Key Food, Kings Supermarkets, PriceRite, ShopRite, WholeFoods, WalMart
- Appreciated previous titles: General Manager, Senior Vice President, Executive Vice President, Executive Director
