This French company needs to step up and hire a higher performing sales executive. The US Sales Director will be in charge of developing further this niche fragrance business in department stores and through a network of independent specialty retailers. The right candidate will also have to focus on training and developing retail sales people with the key department stores.

Ideal Profile

The ideal profile is a sales or business development executive coming from the beauty industry (ideally fragrances and perfumes), who has an existing network of US domestic contacts in that field and who is not afraid of the field (visiting points on sales, recruiting, training, etc…)


  • Bachelor Degree minimum (MBA a plus)
  • 5 to 7 years experience in beauty (Perfumes, fragrances)
  • Independent, Entrepreneur
  • VERY open to travel (50% to 75%) and work extended hours
  • Familiar with multicultural and international environment
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Perfect presentation and communication skills
  • Very good skills with Excel and the rest of MS Office
