Our Client

Our client for this Product Development Brand Manager role is a large independent international Tobacco group.

Ideal Profile

We are looking for a marketing executive with previous experience in Tobacco Product Development and who is available to relocate to Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

Job Description

  • Leading a broad range of activities to grow the brand including product development, packaging, pricing, promotion, advertising, line extensions and innovation
  • Participate in creating a brand plan and brand strategy and ensuring all aspects of the product or companies marketing and activities align with core of the brand
  • Developing consistent brand communication that supports and delivers the brand strategy
  • Identifying the target consumers, understanding their needs and segment trends
  • Working closely with all parts of the company to ensure commercial goals of the brand are met
  • Developing, coordinating and executing activity operational plans which support the overall brand strategy
  • Developing high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy
  • Presenting the brand strategy at internal meetings and conferences
  • Managing external agencies and ensuring marketing budgets are met
  • Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximizing all opportunities for growth


  • Open to relocate to Plovdiv, Bulgaria (Relocation will be paid, as well as apartment and company car)
  • University degree in Marketing or equivalent professional qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of English language is a must
  • Previous working experience in Brand Management, preferably in a multinational FMCG company
  • Experience in customer and market research and market strategies preparation
  • Strong presentation and analytics skills and pro-active approach towards work
  • Task oriented person with strong communication skills
  • Ability to solve different issues and to generate ideas and market positioning strategies
  • Appreciated previous roles: Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, Product Manager
