Job Description
Our Client
Our client for this exceptional Master Barber job opportunity is a well funded start up that launched in 2020. After a successsful first opening despite COVID, they are now opening 2 new locations (West Village and Midtown). The concept lies in:
- Monthly membership for clients
- Appointments, payment, cut reports and pictures on dedicated app.
- No more money exchange
- High base salary and W2 for a guaranteed income for all barbers
No need to come in with your book of business. They need your barbering skills and they do the marketing to provide traffic.
Objective
The role will obviously to cut and trim hair, barbs etc.. but also to help recruit other barbers and, if motivated to help develop the concept in other locations. Someone with coloring experience would be highly appreciated.
Ideal Profile
The ideal profile is a barber with at least 4-5 years of experience, who also has an entrepreneurial mindset and who would be interested in participating in the development of the concept.
