Job Description

Our Client

Our client is a luxury fashion brand, specialized in wedding dresses and bridal gowns. They have a large established network of stores, including about 30 shop in shops.


Manage a tell of 10 exclusive and experienced sales representatives across the country, managing a network of luxury bridal and prom stores. The business is also done through a series of trade shows, whether national or regional, so availability to travel is going to be key.

Ideal profile

We need a strong sales executive used to managing sales reps and able to apply best practices for reporting and structuring such team. Experience in the category is not required, but experience in managing high end independent stores is! The right candidate can come form other luxury goods category such as jewelry or leather goods for example. A good sense of marketing is also useful for the role.  


  • Proven track record in luxury sales
  • Strong experience in managing, training and recruiting a sales rep team
  • Strong experience in setting up reporting processes to manage a sales rep team
  • Availability to travel to visit accounts and represent the company on trade shows
