Lead the Sales teams & strategy for the brand in the Mexican market.
The ideal profile is゠someone with a strong sales background in Food & Beverage in Mexico.
- Design, develop and implement sales programs and materials for the distribution in cooperation with the distributors
- Design, develop and implement sales initiatives
- Identify new opportunities to develop brand sales
- In charge of KPI’s, Priorities, Development plans, Recruitment
- Co-Manage Trade Marketing Plans including budgets, planning and review
- Develop written annual business plan for each region containing volume, distribution and performance
- Visit points on sales on a regular basis to ensure proper implementation
- Conduct regular sales and event updates via teleconference with sales managers
- Watch competition on a continuous basis
- Monitor market and retailer trends
- 10 years of Sales/Food & Beverage experience
- Master’s degree preferred, Bachelor a must!
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage brands
- Strong Business and Commercial acumen
- Strong managerial track of success.
- Appreciated previous experience: Mars, Mondelez, Nestle, P&G, Procter & Gamble, Glaceau, Vitamin Water, Red Bull, Rockstar, Pepsi Co, Coca-Cola, Unilever.
- Appreciated previous titles:゠Sales Director, Area Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Country Manager
