Objective of the Role

The objective of the Store Manager role is to embody the essence of a luxury brand ambassador, making each client’s experience exceptional and memorable. The Store Manager will lead their team in achieving sales targets, enhancing store operations, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service and visual presentation.

The ideal candidate for the Store Manager position will have a robust background in luxury retail management, preferably with experience in the design sector or in dealing with high-end products.   • Direct store operations to achieve sales objectives while ensuring a supreme customer experience.
  • Proactively attract new clients by promoting and organizing events and participating in design events and trade shows.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients both in-store and externally, with a focus on enhancing the customer database and engagement.
  • Implement training sessions for the store team to deepen their product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and uphold the store’s maintenance, safety, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Foster a culture of excellence in customer service, storytelling, and selling through innovative strategies and personal leadership.


  • At least 8 years of experience as a Store Manager in a luxury retail environment, with a preference for candidates with design-related experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop business and manage complex customer relationships.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to cultivate a high-performing team environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and an entrepreneurial approach with a bold sense of initiative.
  • Proficient in store operation applications such as Salesforce and SAP.
  • Excellent capability to network and create strategic partnerships, particularly with interior designers and architects.
