Our Client

Our client is a luxury fashion brand in the Fort Lauderdale / West Palm Beach, FL area.

Objective

Seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team! As the Director of SEO/SEM (Search Engine Optimization / Search Engine Marketing), you will be responsible for managing and implementing SEO and PPC strategies, working in close partnership with internal and external partners to implement best practices and strategic recommendations.

This role will lead the natural search in domestic & international programs across all company websites. You will also be responsible for site maintenance and revisions, and eventually in managing the development of a new website from concept to completion. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10+ years of SEO, PPC, eCommerce. Web Development/Design experience is a plus.

Job Description

SEO/PPC:

  • Develop innovative strategies to increase lead volume, decrease cost per acquisition and outmaneuver competition in a highly competitive industry
  • Monitor and report on metrics such as organic position, site traffic trends, effectiveness of site optimization etc.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, content optimization, meta-tag creation, link development and other SEO related activities
  • Create campaigns that encompass multiple locations/geos and lines of business
  • Demonstrate ability to create campaigns that are mapped through to conversion focused landing pages that are highly relevant and built at scale
  • Review and audit the site to drive changes that comply with best practices to improve crawlability
  • Work closely with internal the internal Marketing team to ensure all SEO best practices are followed and executed
  • Work with our retail business partners to identify drivers, and interpret metrics to deliver sound, data-driven recommendations
  • Prepare and communicate regular & ad hoc reporting on SEO performance
  • Provide in-depth optimization suggestions based on account performance
  • Accurately track and maintain budgets across campaigns and on multiple search engines
  • A/B test ad copy & content for effectiveness
  • Provide traffic and cost estimates for keywords, ad groups & campaigns
  • Stay up to date on the latest developments in SEO/PPC and trends

Requirements

  • Proven track record of brand SEO management and strategy
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Strategy, SEO, PPC
  • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM process
  • Deep understanding of search engines, spiders and relevance ranking criteria both domestically and internationally
  • Experienced in WordPress and their theme/plugins
  • CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, XML, JSON and other programming languages
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to excel in a highly detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong team player with the ability to schedule and meet deadlines in order to achieve results
  • Ability to articulate and rationalize to stakeholders and strategies
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing
