Objective of the Role
Our client is in search of a dynamic and driven Retail Sales Manager whose prime objective will be to contribute to the company’s growth by helping achieve customer acquisition and revenue expansion goals. The Retail Sales Manager will be instrumental in ensuring the company maintains its competitive edge and innovation by optimizing the sales team’s capabilities, formulating sales strategies, and securing the approval of these strategies from the higher management.

- Lead recruitment, set objectives, provide coaching, and monitor the performance of Sales Associates.
- Clearly communicate goals to the team and assign individual responsibilities.
- Hold regular meetings with Sales Associates to provide continuous positive and constructive feedback.
- Ensure Sales Associates are held accountable for their performance.
- Develop and execute strategies to broaden the customer base.
- Drive sales by providing strong leadership, and guarantee that monthly sales objectives are achieved while managing costs in alignment with the company’s overall goals.
- Execute sales and marketing campaigns.
- Uphold and convey the company’s dedication to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Ensure that customer satisfaction is a top priority, and consistently exceed customer expectations.
- Facilitate consistent and transparent communication within the team.

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

- Comprehensive knowledge of the sales process, from planning to closure.
