Objective of the Role

Responsibilities
- Direct the showroom to achieve and surpass sales objectives while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Engage in proactive customer attraction strategies, including the promotion and organization of events to generate new business opportunities.
- Involve the sales team in design events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, both in-store and externally, through effective customer database management.
- Implement training sessions for the showroom team to deepen their product knowledge, selling techniques, and understanding of the brand’s story.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and uphold the showroom’s aesthetic and operational standards.
- Promote a culture of cooperation across different sales channels to optimize customer reach and satisfaction.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience as a Store Manager in a luxury retail environment, with a preference for candidates with design field experience.
- Demonstrated managerial prowess with a focus on business development and team leadership.
- Exceptional customer service skills, a commercial mindset, and a consultative sales approach.
- Proven ability to leverage networks, including cultivating relationships with interior designers and architects.
- Strategic thinking capabilities with a bold initiative and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Familiarity with store operation applications such as Salesforce and SAP is advantageous.
- Excellent team leadership skills and the ability to foster a network of professional relationships.
