Objective of the Role

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers. This role is crucial in supporting the owner in transitioning responsibilities while continuing to drive sales and maintain the store’s esteemed reputation. Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures

• Assist the owner in transitioning responsibilities and implementing new processes
• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain customers

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fine jewelry retail
• Previous management experience in a retail setting

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed
