Objective of the Role

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to expand market share, revenue, and brand recognition in the Denver area. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business expansion, including innovative product offerings and business models.
  • Multi-Store Management: Oversee the operations of multiple retail locations, ensuring consistent execution of company standards and operational excellence across all stores. Support and guide store managers to meet strategic objectives.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Establish ambitious sales targets and develop impactful sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance market penetration within the Denver market.
  • Brand Development: Strengthen the luxury brand image and expand its presence in existing and emerging markets. Create strategies for targeting new customer segments and building brand loyalty.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance the customer journey at every touchpoint, ensuring a premium experience that aligns with the company’s luxury positioning.
  • Talent Acquisition & Leadership: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, with a focus on recruiting skilled designers and sales professionals who embody the company’s values and growth ambitions.

  • Performance Management: Establish and monitor performance metrics to guide decision-making and ensure operational efficiency.
