Objective of the Role
The Chief Sales Officer Americas will be responsible for leading and expanding the company’s direct selling operations across North, Central, and South America. This executive position will drive revenue growth, develop sales strategies, and build strong relationships with distribution partners while working closely with the Global CEO to achieve the company’s strategic objectives in the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth across the Americas
- Lead and develop a team of Sales Directors across multiple countries
- Build and maintain relationships with key distribution partners and sales leaders
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of new team partners and sales leaders
- Collaborate with global leadership on product launches, marketing initiatives, and business development
- Develop and monitor sales KPIs, providing regular performance reports to global leadership
- Lead the organization and execution of national and regional sales conventions
- Create and implement training programs for the sales network
- Ensure alignment between customer experience, marketing, and sales initiatives
- Provide strategic input on market expansion opportunities in the Americas
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of senior sales leadership experience in the direct selling industry (e.g., companies like Avon, Tupperware, Belcorp)
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and market expansion
- Experience managing sales operations across multiple countries in the Americas
- Strong understanding of compensation plans and network marketing business models
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Willingness to relocate to Sarasota, FL (relocation package available)
