Objective of the Role

The Lead Client Advisor will play a critical role in establishing the brand as a fashion icon within the market. This position aims to enhance client relationships and foster a culture of excellence in service and sales within the boutique.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for luxury retail, demonstrating exceptional relationship-building skills. They will have a track record of sales success and a desire to develop their team while driving the brand’s client-centric approach.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Store Director and Associate Store Director to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
  • Track business performance and communicate results to the team and corporate partners.
  • Lead by example in sales and customer service, training associates to maximize their potential.
  • Create strong client relationships and encourage a culture of clienteling.
  • Ensure compliance with sales-related policies and procedures.
  • Support operational processes related to inventory management and staff training.
  • Direct merchandising and visual presentation efforts to maintain brand standards.
  • Recruit and develop team members while evaluating their performance continuously.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in retail management within the luxury segment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Keen awareness of current fashion trends and luxury market sensibilities.
