The North American team operates with an entrepreneurial culture emphasizing autonomy, professionalism, and collaboration. Leadership encourages a supportive environment defined by kindness, teamwork, and respect.
Objective of the Role
The Sales Manager, Incentive Travel & Events will lead revenue growth within the Incentive Travel, Corporate Events across the United States and Canada. The role has been refined to focus exclusively on these segments, reflecting their substantial growth potential. The successful candidate will leverage deep industry relationships to secure charters, groups, and repeat incentive business, positioning the brand as a preferred partner for high-end reward travel. While the role excludes Latin America as a managed territory, Spanish fluency is required to support occasional cross-regional interaction.

They possess a deep understanding of incentive-travel buying behaviors, can navigate complex proposal cycles, and know how to drive traction quickly. This individual is highly organized, communicates succinctly, and manages charter and group opportunities efficiently. A hospitality background is preferred, though prior cruise experience is not necessary. Cultural alignment is essential: the candidate must demonstrate maturity, humility, and collaborative working style consistent with the team’s values.

- Represent the brand at key Incentive Travel & Events industry events and build meaningful relationships within this closely connected community.
- Use established relationships to secure high-value incentive programs and repeat corporate charters.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal preparation (with pricing provided by leadership), and contract coordination.
- Ensure precise, organized communication of client requirements to internal teams and collaborate effectively with operations.
- Operate autonomously within a lean, entrepreneurial environment while maintaining strong alignment with leadership.
- Provide regular reporting, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold professional sales discipline.
Requirements

- Established network within the incentive and events sector, with familiarity across major Incentive Travel & Events hubs.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to work independently within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
- Hospitality experience preferred; luxury background advantageous.
- Spanish fluency required; additional languages a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently within North America.
