Our client for this career opportunity is the Travel Retail and Latin America office of a very important Group in the Luxury Goods industry.

6 month mission/trainee program
Participates in POS Referential Project to improve POS level analysis & POS Data Collection process
Cross-reference multiple sources of Market and Sell Out data to gain comprehensive understanding of business
Supports Management, Strategic Business Development, Commercial, Marketing in ad-hoc analysis of Market, Sell in / Sell Out Analysis to drive growth
Supports the creation and updating of Sell Out/Market reports and tools for Commercial and Marketing teams
Provides training and assistance in the use of the tools
Support Market and Sell Out Projections Process and definition working with the commercial team and management
Reports our Sell Out to Market Analysis Vendor, following consistent methodology to previous reports
Proactively provides insights on market and travel retail trends internally

Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus
2-4 years of Business Analysis/Trade Marketing/Sales/experience in reporting and large data sets analysis
Strong communication written and oral skills
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work across functions and converse with various levels through the organization
Pragmatic, entrepreneurial spirit
Strong follow up skills
Excel expertise:
- Functions: V-lookups, sum, sumifs, count, countifs, IFs
- Pivot Tables
- Tracking inputs and calculations
- File systems linked to each other
Appreciated previous experience: Estee Lauder, L’Oreal, Parbel, Richemont, LVMH, Pernod Ricard, Bacardi, Diageo, Kraft Foods – Mondelez, Unilever, Spectrum brands, Newell Rubbermaid,
