Job Description
Objective
Ensures that all aspects of the building’s systems and daily operations run to the company’s standards of excellence.
Successfully coordinates the work of vendors and staff to ensure that all operations, service, maintenance and administrative support activities are executed in the most efficient and effective way possible.
Job Description
- Following up on all M Pulse requests
- Managing certificate insurance requirements
- Managing vendor insurance records to ensure compliance
- Scheduling all planned / annual and unplanned property maintenance and repairs
- Acting as Fire Safety Director
- Organizing, commissioning, assessing contractors’ work and holding them accountable
- Overseeing installations and maintenance of all base building controls
- Managing vendor contracts
- Liaising with structural engineers, general contractors, sub-contractors, architects, roofing companies, glass companies, lighting control vendors, landscapers, surveyors, etc..
- Acting as leader in Emergency Action Plan
- Ensuring proper permits
- Supporting accuracy of budgets
- Ordering supplies
- Managing Day Porters
- Assisting with the repair of Service Operations Workshop equipment as needed
- Assisting with the adjustment of Workshop benches as needed
- Ensures all repairs made in the building are tested and in fine working order upon completion of the job
- Ensures proper permits are in place for all base building systems, and any construction related projects that take place in the facility

Hiring Requirements
- College degree or equivalent professional certification/license
- 5+ years’ related professional experience
Physical Requirements

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision as well as distance vision. The noise level in the work environment is general quiet and low however, it can be high and ear plugs may be required. The normal work schedule is 40 hours per week. However if we have a system failure in the facility it is expected and to be understood that this position may be required to work longer hours / days, off hours, and weekends if needed and to ensure the teams are back on line and ready for work when they get into the building. May occasionally be required to travel to other company sites within the United States
