Philip made the career transition from business leadership positions spanning both regional and national scope to headhunting when he joined St-Amour & Associates (now Magellan Group) in 2005. He quickly became a managing partner providing oversite for the company’s Toronto offices for 12 years. During that time, Philip successfully developed strategic partnerships and placed current and future business leaders across small, medium, and large organizations based in Ontario.
Having managed and developed business on a National scale here in Canada prior to headhunting, Philip understands both the opportunities and the challenges faced by new and current employers when maintaining or developing business in this country.
Philip has also established a solid network of business leaders from which to draw from and along with his own personal touch in managing the client’s expectations, he is able to identify quickly and accurately, the right leadership for an organization.
