Job Description
Our Client
Our client for this opportunity is a very famous luxury watch brand with an office in Miami in charge of Latin American domestic markets as well as the Americas Travel Retail market.
Objective
Your objective will be to develop your sales and profits in the゠region for the travel retail channel (Airport Stores and Cruise Lines mostly). You will negotiate with retail chain buyers and actively participate in building a strategy for your territory. You will be the ones initiating the discussion on marketing initiatives with your clients and then circle back with the Marketing Department at the office. Finally you will be in charge of your full P&L on your scope of business.
Ideal Profile
If you have a previous experience in international sales of luxury goods (watches, cosmetics, fragrances, accessories, etc…) and you have both excellent field relationship building skills as well as strategic vision and analytical skills, please apply! The job requires 50% travelling and fluency in Spanish.

Job Description
- Forecast sales by product and by territory
- Travel and meet with the distributors/operators/buyers
- Budget and plan on a yearly basis with your clients
- Negotiate prices, quantity and spaces in POS
- Advise your clients on how to spend their marketing budget
- Manage your P&L on your territory (for senior level)
- Visit points of sales
- Make sure the marketing plan and the merchandising is properly implemented
- Train the sales staff
- Coordinate promotional events and launches
- Control inventory
- Watch competition and market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree minimum (MBA a plus)
- 5 to 8゠years experience in the luxury or consumer goods industries, latin american local markets or travel retail (Perfumes, fragrances, watches, timepieces, jewelry, fashion, apparel, food & beverage, wine & spirits, consumer electronics, etc…)
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Excellent with MS Office, Excel in particular
- VERY open to Travel internationally (50%) and work extended hours
- Familiar with multicultural and international environment
- Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Perfect presentation and communication skills
- Very good skills with Excel and the rest of MS Office
