Our client is a unique fine watch & jewelry brand in Atlanta catering to celebrities in music, sports, movies… They create unique very high end customs jewelry pieces or luxury watches from the most well known brands (Rolex, Patek Philip, Audemars Piguet, Hublot, Cartier…)
Objective
The Assistant Sales Manager will be in charge of managing a team of Retail Sales Associates and Online sales associates. Since the beginning of Covid, the brand has had a huge success online and the retail sales team is getting more and more exposed to dealing with online customers, or with online requests of existing customers.
We are looking for a Fine Jewelry Manager Professional to join their team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal person should have the willingness to go above and beyond always for the customers and the company. Their laser focus on the customer has given them the advantage to build their brand. They are all about continuous improvement in all they do and seeking the right person(s) to make a difference in the everyday lives of their customers. Our client is a 40 year jewelry industry leader built on trust, integrity and their core values.
Responsibilities/Requirements
- Five years’ experience in jewelry store management, luxury retail and or sales leadership is required
- Past experience in fine jewelry sales volume of 1 Million Dollars or greater
- GIA Certification is preferred but can be altered with experience against knowledge of diamond grades, color, clarity, cut and carat weight of the diamond
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate within a veteran sales team environment
- Committed to continuous education and processing a strong knowledge of diamonds
- Proven ability to run a sales floor, train the sales process and enhance clienteling efforts
- Execute a multi-faceted sales strategy to achieve goals & expand our client’s customer base
- Strong business sense & industry expertise. Excellent mentoring, coaching & people skills
- Passion for training, cultivating sales, nurturing customers and continuous education
- Appreciated previous experience: Boucheron, Buccellati, Bulgari, Cartier, Chopard, De Beers, FRED, Harry Winston, Mikimoto, Tiffany, Van Cleef & Arpels
- Appreciated previous titles: Sales Manager, Boutique Manager, Store Manager
