Our Client
Our client for this Brand Manager role is a very famous high end beauty group..
Objective
This is not a typical marketing role, but more of a Sales & Marketing Manager role.
Customize and implement with excellence, timely, the marketing strategies ensuring total compliance to brand guidelines and brand objectives by identifying, understanding and incorporating, – as the priority – each of Colombia, Ecuador and Central America markets´ consumer, generational trends and behaviors into actions to be executed at market /point of sales level, ensuring local relevancy.
Ideal Profile
The ideal profile is a professional with a dual profile international sales and marketing, and experience with the beauty category (skincare, cosmetics…).
IMPORTANT: The role will be relocated from Miami to Panama around October 2016, so we are looking ideally for Panama-an candidates willing to spend 6 months in Miami first and then go back to Panama. All relocation and travel expenses will be paid for by the company for the 6 month Miami period.
Job Description
Gives the main guidance and business strategic directions to distributors adapted and relevant to market
- Protect and enhance brand equity, brand positioning and market share in each of the markets
- Advertising and Promotion effectiveness.
- Owns the planning, forecasting, COG/pricing of newness (products, promotional, special events).
- Active involvement and engagement in SIOP: ensures units alignment between finance estimate and demand planning forecast.
- Active participation and involvement in regional consumer insights research, CRM, and digital strategies.
- Proactively ensure strong collaboration and communication with sales, demand planning, education and finance.
- Budget Planning and promotional sales estimate
- Define the assortment/price list
- New doors or market openings.
- Digital Strategy encompasses e-retailing, marketing core site, social media, etc.
- Planning, monitoring and guiding distributors in category mix and SKU management
- Product Sanitary Registration
- Follow up & supervise the quality of execution from each distributor as well as the implementation of the agreed plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering. Preferably MBA.
- 5-8 years of work experience in marketing areas, including 2-3 years of experience in Field Sales, Digital marketing experience desirable.

- Advanced computer skills, Microsoft office.
