Our Client
Our client is a very well known magazine in lifestyle, sexy, fun, nightlife… They are very successful with both their print and digital editions.
Objective
This well established magazine is still organized as a start up company with a small remote team of 8 and backed by a private equity fund. The CEO will be in charge of developing the magazine both print and digital, while implementing a new partnership and acquisition strategy of other start-ups companies in lifestyle, sexy, fun, nightlife, concerts, dating, contests. Any start-up who could benefit from the readership and the exposure of the magazine could be an interesting potential target.
Ideal Profile
The ideal profile is a media or lifestyle entrepreneur coming from a Director, VP or C-level position, and interested in an equity-driven opportunity to develop the magazine!
