Our client is an international group based in Dubai engaged in multiple sectors including Private Equity, Real Estate, Data Centers, Energy, A.I, Consumer Goods, and now, Beauty & Wellness Tech. They are launching a new venture aimed at creating a luxurious and efficient network of beauty salons focused on executive women. Supported by advanced AI tech, their services will provide personalized and streamlined beauty experiences. Currently operating 10 salons and employing 150 staff, the brand is set to expand across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, and the U.S.

Objective of the Role

The CEO will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan for rapid growth and operational excellence in the beauty salon sector. This role includes overseeing expansion into new markets, particularly the U.S., while enhancing service delivery through technology and AI solutions. No experience in AI is required. The group will develop these technologies in parallel.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in consumer goods, particularly in beauty and wellness. Previous experience as a CEO or Country Manager in a relevant industry is preferred. The candidate should be open-minded about new technologies and their applications within the beauty sector.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience at a senior level in consumer goods, ideally within the beauty and wellness sectors.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Based in Dubai, with a willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Knowledge of relevant software and systems related to salon management and customer service technology is a plus.
