Objective of the Role
The CEO will lead the commercial and operational facets of our client’s retail division, ensuring the seamless integration of strategy and execution. This role aims to propel the company into its next growth phase by leveraging strategic leadership, operational excellence, and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

- Direct accountability for the Profit and Loss statement.
- Lead financial strategy development, resource allocation, and cost management.

- Pop-Up Strategy and Event Activation
- Lead strategic development and execution of pop-up store initiatives.
- Evaluate and refine pop-up strategies to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to ensure successful event activations.
- Human Resources and Culture
- Implement HR strategies for attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent.
- Foster team cohesion and promote an inclusive work environment.
