Our client is a pioneering beauty brand founded by a distinguished Medical Doctor, renowned for its innovative and disruptive approach to skincare. With a strong foundation in science and a commitment to cutting-edge formulations, the brand has built a loyal following among skincare professionals and high-end spas. As the company enters its next phase of growth, it seeks to expand its presence in the professional skincare market while launching a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) strategy.

Objective of the Role

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will be responsible for driving the company’s next stage of growth by strengthening the existing professional channel and leading the development of a high-impact DTC strategy. Reporting directly to the owner, the CRO will set the vision, build the necessary infrastructure, and execute a multi-channel revenue strategy to accelerate sales and brand awareness. This role requires a hands-on leader with a proven track record in omnichannel revenue growth, particularly in premium beauty, skincare, or wellness brands.

Ideal Profile

  • A seasoned executive with experience scaling revenue in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industries.
  • Strong expertise in both professional (spa/clinic) distribution and Direct-to-Consumer (e-commerce, digital marketing, subscription models).
  • A data-driven, strategic thinker with a track record of building and executing high-growth commercial strategies.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work closely with a founder-led organization.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to relocate to the Greater Denver area.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy across professional and DTC channels.
  • Strengthen and expand the existing spa and skincare professional network, optimizing partnerships and sales processes.
  • Build a robust DTC strategy, including e-commerce, digital marketing, CRM, and direct customer engagement initiatives.
  • Define and implement pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring seamless integration across channels.
  • Drive data analytics and performance metrics to optimize conversion rates and customer acquisition costs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align revenue goals with brand vision and capabilities.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team to support the company’s ambitious growth objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue leadership roles within the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry.
  • Proven success in scaling a business across both professional and DTC channels.
  • Strong expertise in e-commerce, digital marketing, and CRM-driven customer acquisition.
  • Experience working with founder-led or entrepreneurial organizations.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Willingness to relocate to the Greater Denver area.
