Objective of the Role

- Oversee influencer and ambassador marketing programs, building strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
- Direct the creation of engaging brand content and storytelling, driving awareness and consumer loyalty.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, integrating digital, social, retail, and experiential activations.
- Optimize marketing efforts by analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and making data-driven adjustments.
- Manage external agency relationships to ensure brand consistency and execution quality.
- Oversee marketing budget allocation, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency in campaign execution.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the sporting goods, outdoor, or watersports industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, brand campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
