Objective of the Role
The Store Director will establish and elevate the presence of Our client’s lifestyle brand as a fashion icon within their specific region. This role demands a focus on client relationships and team development, driving business objectives while fostering a high-performance store culture centered around exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in retail management, particularly within the luxury segment. They will be a dynamic leader with a passion for fashion, possessing exceptional relationship-building skills to connect with both clients and team members. A keen understanding of current market trends and a network of luxury clients are essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate business development initiatives to attract new clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to exceed sales targets in collaboration with senior retail leadership.
- Foster a culture of clienteling and relationship building among the team.
- Oversee store operations including cash control, inventory management, and compliance with security measures.
- Ensure merchandising standards are met and visual displays reflect the brand’s luxury image.
- Direct the recruitment, training, and development of staff while providing performance feedback regularly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a management role within the luxury sector.
- Experience with high-profile international brands is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and an established network in the luxury market.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Awareness of current fashion trends in the luxury industry.
