Our client for this career opportunity is the Travel Retail and Latin America office of a large group in Luxury Fragrances, Skincare and Cosmetics.

Objective

Give support to the Senior Product Manager for a fragrance brand in the Travel Retail channel for the Americas.

Ideal Profile

Professional with maximum of 2 or 3 years of experience in Operational Marketing for a Luxury or Consumer goods company (including internships) with excellent communication (fluent in english a must. spanish, portuguese or mandarin are a big plus) and analytical skills, international background and/or experiences is a must!. Self-starter, open minded with lots of initiative. Based in Miami with a valid work permit.

Job Description

The Junior Product Manager will support to the Sr. Product Manager on the following areas of responsibility and projects:

• Review and revise product forecasts on a monthly basis / forecast PLV and promotions
• Propose and implement promotional and trade marketing plan for products / line
• Analyze and report monthly on sales performance of products and launches results
• Analyze market, competition and consumer data to make recommendations to management
• Interact effectively with other departments (commercial, finance, supply chain, merchandising, education) to support marketing objectives

Requirements

• Must have: Maximum of 2 or 3 years of experience in Operational Marketing in the Luxury or Consumer Goods industry
• Bachelor’s degree required. Master a plus
• Fluent in english a must. Spanish, Portuguese or Mandarin are a big plus
• Strong analytical skills and strong MS Office (mainly strong Excel skills)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• International background (as universtity exchanges or similar) will be an added value
