Job Description

Company Description

Our client is a long-established jewelry company with a multi-channel business spanning wholesale, retail, e-commerce, travel-related distribution, and special-event partnerships. The organization is in an active growth phase and is seeking to strengthen the management of a high-visibility strategic account. This opportunity is suited to a professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and who can combine structured account leadership with disciplined project execution.

Objective of the Role

The Key Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for a major strategic account across multiple channels, with a particular focus on Disney-related business. The role is designed to ensure strong day-to-day client management, internal coordination, and commercial follow-through across product launches, events, inventory performance, and ongoing channel development. This position requires a professional who can manage both operational complexity and relationship quality, while helping the business maximize sell-through, improve execution, and reinforce its value as a trusted partner.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in account management and project coordination within jewelry, accessories, fashion, or a closely related consumer product category. Direct experience working with Disney channels is essential, including exposure to environments such as shopDisney, Disney Stores, Disney Resorts, Disney Cruise Line, or related merchandise teams. The successful individual will understand how to navigate complex client structures, systems, and approval processes while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness.

This person should be highly organized, analytical, and proactive by nature. He or she must be able to anticipate needs, follow through without prompting, and manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously. A background that combines client-facing account responsibility with strong internal coordination will be particularly relevant.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams across design, product development, production, sales, marketing, and merchandising.
  • Lead the coordination of launches, promotions, events, and channel-specific initiatives from briefing through execution.
  • Build and maintain clear project timelines, task trackers, and follow-up routines to ensure deadlines, approvals, and deliverables are met.
  • Monitor weekly sales performance, inventory levels, sell-through, and product placement across channels, and identify commercial opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare client-facing and internal updates, reports, and presentations to support decision-making and account development.
  • Partner with internal teams to support product submissions, approvals, signage, promotional activity, social content timing, and other account-related deliverables.
  • Ensure a consistently professional standard of communication and represent the business credibly with external stakeholders.
  • Recommend actions to improve product visibility, performance, stock management, and overall account productivity.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, account management, or project management within jewelry, accessories, fashion, or a related consumer goods sector.
  • Mandatory experience supporting Disney platforms, systems, or channels; familiarity with tools such as PLM, OPA, and Oliver is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex timelines, multiple projects, and cross-functional collaboration in a deadline-driven setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and product data and translate insights into practical recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Monday, Asana, or equivalent platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining close alignment with internal leadership and partner teams.
  • Availability to work in close collaboration with the business, with an on-site or hybrid setup preferred based on business needs and the onboarding phase
