Our client is a foreign mid-size Luxury Fashion company with 4 stores in the US located in and around NYC.
Objective of the Role
The Regional Retail Manager will serve as an instrumental force in advancing our client’s retail presence across the 4 US retail locations. The individual in this position will be charged with the stewardship of multiple stores, ensuring they operate at the highest level of efficiency, drive increased sales and profitability, and consistently deliver a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Enforce operational standards and company policies across all locations, and manage inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation to elevate the customer experience.
- Sales and Profitability: Formulate and implement strategies to meet sales goals and enhance profitability, while utilizing sales data and market trends for growth opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Lead the recruitment, training, and development of a proficient store team, nurturing a culture of teamwork and a customer-focused approach.
- Customer Experience: Maintain a customer-first ethos, ensuring exceptional service standards and initiating measures to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting and financial management to maximize store profitability, interpreting financial reports and KPIs to guide strategic decisions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and regularly update senior management on store performance and strategic opportunities.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years as a Store Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
- A proven track record in retail management, particularly in overseeing multiple store locations.
- Advanced analytical abilities with a proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Outstanding leadership qualities and the capacity to communicate effectively.
- An aptitude for working in a high-energy and dynamic setting.
- A comprehensive understanding of the retail industry and current trends.
