OBJECTIVE
The Regional Sales Executive will be in charge of supervising and managing sales of his/her fragrance and cosmetics products in Duty Free shops. Merchandising, management & training of Beauty Advisors, product launches, marketing events, stock inventory…
IDEAL゠PROFILE
The ideal profile is someone with strong interest or experience in the fragrance and/or cosmetics industry and who has worked has Regional Account Manager for luxury or fashion brands or as a Retail Manager for a relevant category of products (Fragrance, Cosmetics, Make up, Skincare, Perfumes…). EXTREMELY OPEN TO TRAVEL (50% to 70% of the time). Ability to work from home.
JOB゠DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate sales development according to brand objectives, client needs/considerations and guidelines provided by Area Sales Managers
- Responsible of selling the entire catalog of brands of the company on his/her territory
- Build and maintain link between Area Sales Managers and respective accounts on the territory
- Management of dedicated Beauty Advisors
- Maintain proper merchandising according to the brands’ guidelines
- Analyze sales on each point of sales and reports suggestions to Area Sales Managers
- Coordinate sales goals, recruitment, trainings, schedules, etc… for the Beauty Advisors on the territory
REQUIREMENTS
- College degree preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience (Account Management or Retail Management)
- Ability to read and analyze sales reports
- Good proficiency of Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to Travel and be on the field 50% to 75% of the time, and to work from home the rest…
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
