Our client is a leading European manufacturer of e-bikes, committed to sustainable transportation and with a focus on quality and innovation. As they expand their presence in the US market, they are looking for a Social Media Manager to develop and execute their social media strategy and enhance their online presence.

Objective of the Role

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing the social media strategy for our client’s US market. They will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and engagement, growing the social media following, creating and curating content, and managing social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media marketing, a passion for cycling, and an understanding of the US market.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in social media marketing, with a track record of growing social media followings and driving engagement. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create and curate engaging content that resonates with the target audience. They will also be highly organized, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. A passion for cycling and sustainable transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the social media strategy for our client’s US market.
  • Create and curate content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Manage social media campaigns, including influencer partnerships and paid advertising.
  • Monitor social media platforms for trends and engagement opportunities.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance, using data to optimize social media strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create and curate engaging content.
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Passion for cycling and sustainable transportation
