Our Client
Our client is a well known international beauty company.
Objective
This position is responsible for increasing sales in the Americas. The scope includes actual and future brands within an Omni channel distribution where direct to retail is a major responsibility.
Distribution includes:
- Local markets
- US
- Distributors
- Direct retail: Kohl’s, TJ max, Ross, Walgreen, clubs..
- Brands stores
- Canada, Latin America & Caribbean with distributors
- US
- Duty Free
- e-commerce
Priority markets are the US, Canada and Mexico
Ideal Profile
We need an experienced beauty candidates with as many of the following skills and experience as possible:
- Beauty brands
- US domestic & International markets
- Distributor management & Direct Retail management (Dpt Stores and beauty store chains)
- Mass market distribution & selective/prestige distribution
Job Description
- Management: 2 direct reports:
- US director of sales
- Regional Americas export manager
- Strategy & Vision: develop sales strategy and vision. Partner with global and operational marketing
- Operational marketing: Implement strategy to maximize sales and ROI
- New initiatives: identify opportunities and develop new programs for creating additional business
- Coordinate: pricing policy, marketing & programs strategies
- Communication: communicate with team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners
- Retail Partnerships: Manage and build top level retail and distributor partners relationships
- Negotiations: Effectively negotiate terms and opportunities with clients
- Invest: manage regional investments including media campaign
- Profitability: constant increase of gross margin
Requirements
- Master’s degree ideally
- 10 years of experience within the beauty industry
- Very high potential and strong ambition
- Open to future career opportunities abroad
- Excellent with MS Office, Excel in particular
- Familiar with multicultural and international environment
