Objective of the Role
The Vice President of Retail and Brands will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our client’s retail operations and brand partnerships. This executive will be responsible for overseeing all retail activities, enhancing clienteling processes, and managing relationships with luxury watch and jewelry brands. The ideal candidate will be an international profile, ready to relocate to Dubai, with a deep understanding and presentation of luxury, capable of leading and inspiring a significant team.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the overall retail operations across all locations in Dubai.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the clienteling processes, ensuring a personalized and exceptional customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury watch and jewelry brands to ensure a diverse and premium product offering.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a large team of retail professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets and operational goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to align retail strategies with the overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to make informed decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
- Ensure all retail activities are aligned with the company’s brand values and standards of excellence.
- Implement and monitor KPIs to track the performance of retail stores and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury retail, specifically in the luxury watches sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and brand relationships in an international setting.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai and immerse in the local market dynamics.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
