Our Client
Our client for this opportunity is MARS ITR (International Travel Retail).
Objective
The Business Development Manager will be in charge of developing the entire Americas Travel Retail market, managing a team of 2 Account Managers.

Job Description
- Contribute in defining the strategy in setting the right portfolio for the region, addressing customer strategy, exploring opportunities, allocating financial resources in the region to ensure profitable growth. Designing in coordination with sales director accurate sales organization
- Executing the strategy and delivering key targets for the region with the team. Is responsible for strategic key accounts and support the team with local accounts.
- Drive Customer engagement
- Leading the team and act as a leader within the GTR organization (Global Travel Retail)
- Develop the team, motivate Associates, share best practices, Communicate and collaborates with peers and GTR. Recommend and contribute to projects or changes within GTR.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree minimum (MBA a plus)
- At least 5 years experience in International Sales and 2 years in Travel Retail (Perfumes, fragrances, watches, timepieces, jewelry, fashion, apparel, food & beverage, wine & spirits, consumer electronics, etc…)
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Excellent with MS Office, Excel in particular
- VERY strong with numbers
- VERY open to Travel internationally (50%) and work extended hours
- Familiar with multicultural and international environment
- Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Perfect presentation and communication skills
