Job Description
Our Client
Our client for this HR Business Partner role is a global leader and fast growing company in the business of commercial fertilizers, biostimulants and specialty nutrients for plants. The company is headquartered in Europe and has a regional office in Miami for their operations in the US and South America.
Objective
Guarantee the HR practices as always coherent with the Company strategy and operative plans, making people aligned with Mission, Vision, Values, Culture of the Group.
Job Description
- Ensures the implementation of the company’s HR strategies, policies and practices for recruiting and talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, learning and development to support organizational company goals and culture;
- Ensures employees administration duties, assuring the compliance with the local laws and regulations;
- Defines and ensures delivery of the onboarding and induction plans
- Manages the employee referral program
- Supports the buildout of the Sales Internship Program
- Ensures HR policy, procedure and practices of the business in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Partners with Global P&C to define the commercial learning plan, build on an annual basis the individual and collective development programs
- Works with the Global P&C team to define cultural and engagement initiatives that support a high performing culture
- Manages the annual performance review process, work with managers to provide employees ongoing feedback
- Manages the smooth exit of staff as required, conducting exit interviews and analysis trends with plans to address any common themes
- Works with the Administration team to manage the company’s Health Benefits, 401k plan and Paid Time Off Policy
- Works to strategically resolve employee relations issues, reducing risks and advising management on needed action
- Following global guidelines manages the annual salary review and bonus process with the relevant leaders, ensuring internal equity and market alignment
- Acts as a true business partner and trusted advisor for all human resources needs
Requirements
- Master Degree in Business Administration, Psychology
- Strong experience in HR management with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation/Benefit/Payroll, Training/Development.
- Strong HRBP background in multinational companies or Consulting Firms.
- Fluency in Spanish;
- Good knowledge of MSOffice
- Influencing and leadership skills;
- Problem solving and decision making skills;
- Advanced communication skills
