Job: Account Executive & Trainer Internal Official Title:゠Retail & Education Executive Employer: Kiehl’s (L’Oreal Group) for Travel Retail in Latin America Industry: Skin care & Cosmetics Location: Field based (50%) and Home office based the rest of the time in Miami, Florida Direct Report: Brand Manager Secondary Report: Retail Education Manager ID: 131 Compensation: $50k / $55k DOE base salary + bonus OUR CLIENT Our client for this position the Kiehl’s brand, part of the L’Oreal Group. More specifically in the team in charge of Travel Retail in the Americas. OBJECTIVE Responsible for achieving business results and ensuring Superior Customer Service in the retail stores of Central and South America Travel Retail (Duty Free). Grow and maximize retail sales. Recruit, develop, motivate, evaluate, coach & train in-store staff. Maintain brand image by adhering to merchandising guidelines & schematics. Plan & execute effective promotions. Incorporates Global Shopper strategies in all retail aspects. Communicate, report, administer, build strong relationships. IDEAL PROFILE The ideal profile is someone with strong interest in the KIEHL’S brand and who has previous account management experience for luxury or fashion brands or as a Retail Manager for a relevant category of products (Fragrance, Cosmetics, Make up, Skincare, Perfumes…). VERY OPEN TO TRAVEL (around 50% of the time). Ability to work from home. The ideal profile is a professional with BOTH COMMERCIAL and EDUCATIONAL SKILLS.   • College degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of relevant professional experience (Account Management or Retail Management)
  • Ability to read and analyze sales reports. Both Commercial and Educational skills
  • Good proficiency of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to Travel and be on the field around 50% of the time, and to work from home the rest…
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Bilingual english and spanish a must
