Our Client
Our client is a leader in the Commercial Real Estate field.
Ideal Profile
We are looking for a financial analyst with ideally a previous underwriting experience in Commercial Real Estate and with experience using Argus DCF and/or Argus Enterprise software.
Responsibilities
- Review and abstract commercial real estate leases
- Extract income & expense data from financial statements
- Prepare property valuations based on:
- Past and future cash flow
- Comparable property rental rates and sales transactions
- Debt financing
- Monitor industry publications for newsworthy transactions, developments andevents
- Research current and recent leasing transactions through phone calls and onlineresearch
- Present and explain completed valuations to team members
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ commercial real estate underwriting experience required
- Detail oriented but also works efficiently
- Well-organized
- Computer savvy
- Advanced skills using Argus software and MS excel
- Collaborates with team members
- Appreciated previous experience: CBRE, Colliers International, Cushman & Wakefield, Fortune International Realty, JLL, Keller Williams Realty, Marcus & Millichap, The Keyes Company, Wells Fargo
- Appreciated previous titles: Financial Analyst, Real Estate Analyst, Business Analyst
