Objective of the Role
The East Coast Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing revenue generation across the East Coast market. This strategic leadership position requires a keen understanding of the beauty industry, a proven track record in sales management, and the ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders. The Sales Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s sales strategy and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share across the East Coast region.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and objectives to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners to enhance business opportunities and drive customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify new sales opportunities and develop innovative strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and the successful launch of new products.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to provide strategic guidance and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of the beauty industry, including trends, competitors, and consumer preferences.
