As the company continues to expand its operations, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven East Coast Sales Director to lead their sales efforts in the region.

Objective of the Role

The East Coast Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing revenue generation across the East Coast market. This strategic leadership position requires a keen understanding of the beauty industry, a proven track record in sales management, and the ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders. The Sales Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s sales strategy and achieving ambitious sales targets.

The East Coast Sales Director should be a strategic thinker, adept at identifying market opportunities, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share across the East Coast region.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and objectives to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners to enhance business opportunities and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify new sales opportunities and develop innovative strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and the successful launch of new products.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to provide strategic guidance and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the beauty industry, including trends, competitors, and consumer preferences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the East Coast region.
