Objective of the Role

The Regional Sales Executive for the East Coast will drive sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and enhance market presence. The role involves managing independent sales agents, representing the brand with professionalism, and achieving annual sales and profitability goals.

Ideal Profile

  • Experienced sales professional with a strong background in luxury goods or homeware sales.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop relationships and guide sales agents.Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing travel and executing strategic plans.Confident in presenting products to diverse audiences, including high-end retailers and consumers.Passionate about premium homeware and fine dining products.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Executive will oversee independent sales agents, nurture customer relationships, and identify opportunities for growth within the East Coast. Responsibilities include presenting new product lines, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring effective merchandising and displays at retail locations. The role also involves attending trade shows and events to promote the brand and providing ongoing after-sales support to customers. Administrative duties include submitting reports, planning travel, and communicating market insights to management. Extensive travel throughout the territory is required to maintain and grow key accounts.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in regional sales or territory management, preferably in luxury homeware or tabletop products.Strong public speaking skills, particularly for product demonstrations and consumer events.Proficiency in using digital tools for reporting, planning, and communication.Availability for frequent travel across the East Coast.Knowledge of fine dining and premium china and silverware is a plus.
