Our Client

Our client for this Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant position is a Forex trading MLM that offers various trading educational products and services to a global audience. They appear in over 120 countries and have training available in 8 major languages. As their customer base is rapidly growing, presenting new challenges, they are currently looking for a personable but firm and assertive individual to head their super dedicated Customer Support team. Additionally, as they have structure their distribution around the principle of Network Marketing aka Direct Sales aka multi level marketing.

Objective

We are searching for a talented, motivated, honest, and trustworthy Executive & Personal Assistant to the Co-Founder. Monday – Friday and accessible off hours. In the Westchester residence (home). Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally. Must be able to maintain complete confidentiality.

Job Description

Provide professional and personal assistance to the Co-Founder and CFO:

  • Coordinate and oversee the Co-Founder’s personal schedule; maintain and manage calendar
  • Arrange and coordinate travel, business, and social commitments; help coordinate events
  • Manage and run personal and business errands, as needed, and/or identify and engage appropriate professionals
  • Complete various clerical duties, e.g. manage filing and receipt systems
  • Coordinate private jet arrangements, manage other residences, liaise with House Manager
  • Strategically protect the Co-Founder’s time
  • Travel with Co-Founder domestically and internationally
  • Other ad hoc duties

Requirements

  • Trustworthy, understands that both Co-Founder’s personal and business information are highly confidential
  • Experience in traditional EA/PA work
  • Tech savvy
  • Flexible, adaptable, open minded, “anything goes” mentality
  • Thick skin, strong back bone, mature
  • Driven, go-getter, sharp
  • Alert, get things done quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
  • Can travel with Co-Founder (domestically and internationally)
