Objective of the Role

The Private Client Director is pivotal in enhancing the brand’s presence among HNWIs. This role focuses on building and nurturing exclusive relationships, fostering brand desirability, and driving sales through engaging storytelling and networking.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate is a high-profile individual with significant experience in direct sales to HNWIs, possessing an extensive network of contacts and a passion for luxury lifestyle elements such as music, art, and fashion. They must demonstrate the ability to meet sales targets and evoke a strong brand narrative.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with direct clients across a national scope.
  • Create client engagement through relationships with prestigious on-premise venues.
  • Participate in crafting brand events aimed at engaging key and prospective clients.
  • Establish a sustainable network within the HNWI community.
  • Prospect and educate clients through networking and market presence.
  • Organize high-profile events to showcase the brand to targeted audiences.
  • Collaborate with luxury brands for joint events and experiences.
  • Work closely with appointed Fostering Agents and Private Client Consultants.
  • Manage client data for CRM/SalesForce initiatives.
  • Support Brand Ambassadors in generating repeat sales opportunities.
  • Analyze market insights to enhance brand strategies and efficiency.
  • Identify and cultivate new HNWI clients through strategic campaigns.
  • Develop action plans to improve client experience and brand visibility.
  • Participate in product training to keep top clients informed of new offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in direct sales, particularly with HNWIs.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and operate under deadlines.
  • Strong network of connections among private client consultants and fostering agents.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the U.S. luxury market.
  • Genuine interest in luxury lifestyle sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • Willingness to work outside typical hours and travel as needed.
  • Experience in the financial or luxury industries is preferred.
